I'm not to thrilled to be working at Walmart especially as a cashier, but it's the only job so far that has offered me employment. Can you give me any advice? How long do I have to be a cashier before I can transfer to another department? I hate being a cashier.I start a new job next week as a Walmart cashier. Do you have any advice?
Unfortunately there is no guarantee as to you being transferred into another department because that's the job you signed up for. What you could do to help though is be an honest and hardworking individual. For the most part, managers love to see dedicated and hardworking employees. I know you hate but please don't let it show.
It's important that you make yourself available for extra work, work in a timely manner, provide some damn good customer service, show them you can pay attention to detail and that will help them to see you as somewhat of an asset to them to make them want to move you into a better position.
Good luck!I start a new job next week as a Walmart cashier. Do you have any advice?
I am a cashier at walmart and i love it. I really like meeting new people and usually we have a ton of fun goofing around. i really dont know how long you have to be there before you can transfer departments but its not very long because we had some new cashiers that transfered to automotive within weeks of starting. so you wont have to stay there very long just talk to your boss
you can make any job fun by being personable with the people you meet. i worked as a cashier at a coffee shop and it was so much fun because of all the different people i'd meet, things i'd learn...just have fun and make the best of it. ask people questions. give compliments (appropriate ones) and try to make people smile. you'll have a blast and you'll feel better at the end of the day knowing you might have turned someone else's around :)
I want to commend you for taking the job offerred even though it is not your ideal. Too many people hold out for ';the right job';. That will come as you allow it. In addition, as I personally feel that Wal-Mart is a horrible place for anyone to work and has abysmal business ethics, I wanted to share the following.
I would love to share with you what I do from home but I believe it is against the rules for me to post a link or mention the business here.
I help people achieve there goals in areas of health and finances with the hope that those lead to overall personal wellness. The company has been in business and growing for more than 20 years and as such does not actually even require computer access. It was inducted into the Better Business Bureau Hall of Fame in 2005.
Feel free to contact me if this feels right to you. I hope that I have not offended you.
Best of Luck with Everything
Take a copy of your time sheet before you turn it in. Maybe you could use a digital camera.
Rent the movie ';Walmart, the High Cost of Low Price';. I watched it on my cable system ';on demand';
Just don't take anything personal from customers.
Don't stand out as an exceptional cashier and constantly attempt to transfer.
u need to stay there for maybe 3-6 months if its ur first job or just if you want to transfer for a bank cashiering isn't so fun but a job is a job
sabotage.
just work really quick and show u like it and ***** and ***** and ***** till u get moved
Your a braver man than i. I hate the cashier spot.

I have purchased land 30 acres i would like to start poultry farm can you advice where to get chicks?
buildings are thereI have purchased land 30 acres i would like to start poultry farm can you advice where to get chicks?
Talk to the local Farm Bureau; you'll have a lot of questions they might help with.,I have purchased land 30 acres i would like to start poultry farm can you advice where to get chicks?
try hanging out at a dive bar.
If you live in the USA try Murray McMurray Hatchery located in Webster City,Iowa. They are a big supplier to the public and many grain stores get there birds from them. They ship chicks via the Post Office. the web site is www.mcmurrayhatchery.com
Try the link below. They have about anything you can imagine as far as poultry.
http://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/
got to Homesteading.com
or go to Google and type in
homesteading for a web search.
Many of those sites have links for ordering farm animals and such.
Also check with the local office of the Agricultural Extension Agency or a local 4-H group.
Around my area, we have two farm %26amp; garden shops, but you'll have to check in your area to see if any exists. Chicks will definately be sold there.
If no store, and you can't travel to get them, then I suggest a flea market. People sell them cheap, and in bunches. The thing is, before you buy, check them out to make sure they are healthy, and question the owner about their living conditions.
I hope I helped! =]
Find a local night club. Now that you are a landowner they'll flock to you. lol
Check with the local Farm Services office or extension service.
Most Farm and Feed supply stores have them.
Call your County Extension Office. Part of the Extension Agent's job is to advise farmers and ranchers on all facets of the operations.
Do you plan to grow them for meat? We grew some years ago for our own use. They were White Cornish Rock's I believe and went from day old hatchlings to full grown birds in 5-7 weeks.
Be prepared! They grow fast but if you are trying to make money on them that is what you want because you do not need to feed them very long.
You really need to do some research. The egg laying varieties are different from the meat birds. We live in New Mexico and ordered ours from a producer in Pennsylvania and got exactly what we were looking for at a good price. I don't recall the breeder as it was years ago, but if you are going to be successful you really need to read all you can and take advantage of your Extension Service resources.
Best Wishes for a successful operation!

What do you think of this dating advice?
You should always wait for a guy to contact you first (in the early stages of dating obviously.) If he's interested he will make sure to contact you. If he's not, he won't, and you will keep your dignity by not contacting him and being blown off.
It seems to make sense, but maybe guys need a bit of encouragement too and a girl contacting a guy first isn't a big deal? I'm confused! What do you all think? What do you think of this dating advice?
i contacted my guy first and it was the best thing that i have ever done in my life. We've been together for over 2 years now.
and besides, my dignity is not just about being blown off by a guy. Dignity is a big word, much bigger than ';he likes me he likes me not';
go for it, if he says he deosn't like you then give yourself a 10 minutes pity party then move on, life has got so much more to offer. What do you think of this dating advice?
silly crap piece of advice - u 're smart enough to figure out yourself that guys too need encouragement sometimes
besides, if you're totally blown away by a guy - why not follow him and atleast try to hint at him that you're interested? if he's that attractive that he's caught your attention - maybe other girls will seek him out first while you're still waiting for him to text or call you (reality may be he hasn't even noticed you!) so go ahead, nothing wrong for the girl to make the first move
There's no dignity in sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring.
go to
www.practicalhappiness.com for great advice on dating etc.
first time let him call you then after that text/call all you want first... not being first tests him to See kinda what he will do for you like is he willing to go After you
I think thats bull. If you like someone, go for it. It shouldn't matter if your male or female.
bah.. throw yourself at him..

I have my car practical test next week. So can you please give me some advice and what to expect in the test.?
I just wanted some good advice about car practical test and what to expect etc. What i need to know in order to pass? So anything helpful. Please feel free to share your own practical test experience.
Thanks.I have my car practical test next week. So can you please give me some advice and what to expect in the test.?
You need to know how to parallel park, make a U turn, drive in traffic and change lanes safely, turn around by stopping and backing across the other lane in a narrow street. Don't forget to signal all turns, turn slightly and look back over your shoulder when backing up or pulling out into traffic.
And most importantly........relax !
GOOD LUCK !I have my car practical test next week. So can you please give me some advice and what to expect in the test.?
Hi!
Your use of the phrase ';car practical'; makes me think you're in the UK. I'm in the US.
If your tests are anything like ours, you basically go into the office and register and wait. A driving tester with a clip board will meet you and go with you to your car.
Be prepared for any personality type. Some are really nice and try to put you at ease; others are aloof, and others seem like no amount of coffee will stop them from being grouchy.
Don't be intimidate by any of them. Their job is just to ask you to do certain maneuvers, to observe you, and to be honest in their assessment as THEY observed it.
When you get into the car, they might ask you to identify different parts of the car: air conditioner, turn indicator, etc. They want to know that you can find these functions while driving, without fumbling around to find them.
They'll start observing what you do from the start: Do you put on your seatbelt? Do you put your foot on the brake before you start the car?
Then, they'll ask you to demonstrate different driving maneuvers: pull out of the driveway; turn left/right; drive in reverse; park the car, etc.
Did you signal? Did you check the mirror and then turn your head to view traffic? Did you come to a complete stop at a Stop sign?
At the conclusion, they'll tell you if you passed or not. Some may give you helpful feedback, some won't. Some are more diplomatic than others in how they give it.
Some suggestions:
1. A couple of days before the test, go to the neighborhood where your practical test will like be and drive around. Become familiar with the neighborhood, street layout, tricky spots, etc.
2. It's normal to be nervous. That's ok. Just focus on your driving and on safety, not on the tester. As the driver, you're in charge of your car. Think: What do I need to do to carry out the maneuver? How do I do it in the safest way? The final result will speak for itself.
Good luck!

Can you be held liable for offering advice/answering questions on this site?
For instance if you are a nurse and you answer a question posed by a person looking for information and you tell them what you think they have, you are not licensed to do so, could a state board consider that practicing outside your license.
Or if you are a pharmacy technician and someone says can I take this with this. A patient should seek counsel from the pharmacist. But a pharmacy technician probably knows and may answer, could they be reprimanded by their state board of pharmacy. Can you be held liable for offering advice/answering questions on this site?
actually, yahoo terms of service specifically says that you use this with no liability, or guarantees. You have the responsibility to know that this is NOT a professional site and the answers are ';at your own risk';.
Professionals also are supposed to know limitations on ';telling someone what to do';. On the other hand.. anyone here including a technician, could provide a link to a website.
You normally are resposnsible for knowing the limit of ANY info that is on the internet. Can you be held liable for offering advice/answering questions on this site?
Nope. And just how would anyone on this site know who you are and what you are qualified as anyway? It isn't like you are posting your credentials up here (that would be a very bad idea). And people should know that on this site, they should take all the advice that they receive with a grain of salt. It is just a starting place...where you can get some ideas of what the possibilities are...and then you get proper advice from a professional who's credentials you can verify.
And if you do wish to extend advice and not get busted for it by your respective board, just go to a coffee shop where you pay for ten minute intervals on the net with nice anonymous dollar bills. And that way, as long as you don't give out any identifying details, you are completely anonymous and are unable to be reprimanded! Good luck!
No. It would be one individual asking another for their opinion only. Nothing in that can be construed as medical advice because no payment changed hands, and no proof of license or qualification was requested or shown.
Anyone online can claim to be a doctor or pharmacist. If you choose to believe them, then you assume the risk of following what they say.
no-its their responsibility to use advice or not--they could be talkin to a 2 yr old-if they choose to use it -its free personal choice-this is a your opinion site open to anyone-
tattoo sites are not liable for anything either-
questions and answers at any time are deletable without notice(tos),yahoo agrees to post advertising squares in return for fees.

Have you ever recieved some really good advice from someone on Yahoo Answers?
Or learnt something that was useful?Have you ever recieved some really good advice from someone on Yahoo Answers?
Yes but rarely. A lot of mockers out there, and a lot of people who just try to boost their points by giving crap answers. I use this tool for trivial things like a good recipe or a natural remedy, or help with a paper.
Real advice that is truly meaningful and helpful usually comes from someone who cares about you and knows you. Not always, but most of the time.Have you ever recieved some really good advice from someone on Yahoo Answers?
Yes. I learned that disagreeing with Israeli government policies amounts to anti-Semitism, and gets you a violation - freedom of speech does not apply in that case.
And being humorous is a violation too. Posting questions about ';current events'; is a violation if Americans haven't heard of the event, despite the forum being international.
And violations are handed out automatically without scrutiny.
You have to realize 90% of Y!A is ';Am I pretty?'; ';What color hair would look best with my eye color?'; ';HALP! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!'; (followed by a bunch of high school drama), or ';Everyone thinks I'm so pretty, but I think I'm ugly, here's my picture what do you think?';
That garbage creates a bunch of people that don't take anything here seriously and would just as soon tell you to go eff yourself. If people would quit putting up with the above type questions, the quality here would go up drastically.
I have gotten help but not advice. I have not solicited advice here yet.

Could you please give me some advice on which sewing machine would be best for me?
Hello! I've been looking into intermediate electronic sewing machines. I've looked at the Singer 5160. I will mostly be sewing curtains, pillows, and other household linens. I am looking to spend around $100 on a new or ';gently used'; machine. I have also been looking into the Janome and Brother sewing machines. Any suggestions? Thank you!Could you please give me some advice on which sewing machine would be best for me?
If it has to be new, I'd suggest Janome. For used, I'd keep looking for a pre 1965 Singer or a Pfaff, Elna, Viking/Husqvarna, Necchi, Bernina (not Bernette), Juki or Toyota.
I'm not seeing anything in your list of what you want to sew that suggests you need more than a competent straight stitcher... Singer 15s and 66s go for about $5-10 around here.

If you will be sewing curtains, look for a machine with some ';heft'; to it. You don't want it dancing around the table as you guide yards of 60'; wide heavy fabric through it. You will want a variety of feet so that you may do cording, trapunto, welting, etc. on your pillows. Make sure the machine you choose accepts a variety of needle manufacturers. Schmitz coated needles are a must for some projects and you want to be sure they will fit.
Take each machine for a long test drive at the store. Ask lots of questions. Check out Epinions and other review sites to see what others say about their machines. $100 is at the low end for electronic machines. You may want to shop around some of the stores that sell sewing machines exclusively and see what used machines they have and what sort of warranty they offer.
I have a 20 yr. old Pfaff for everyday stuff and a 40 yr. old Necchi (Italian) that is a workhorse for heavy projects. It's solid metal and can handle the heaviest fabrics with ease.
Good luck on your search. It's always fun to get a new sewing machine.
I have a 1970 Singer, ziz-zag. I bought a buttonholer for it, and I make drape, curtains, slipcovers, men's, women's and childrens clothes with it. I have never needed any more that it does. They're about !5-25 dollars at our St.Vincent's. They may need a tune up, but sewing machines don't ever seem to die.

Do you attempt to give medical advice in the Health categories?
I suggest things that may cause ';a problem'; but always, always tell a person they should see their doctor or go to a clinic or at the least ask a pharmacist. What about you?Do you attempt to give medical advice in the Health categories?

Your GGT level is something to do with your liver. I was wondering about the fact that is there anyway you can lower the levels? Is there anyway you can get your GGT levels in your blood down, any advice or know of any help info?
GGT is an enzyme which has it's highest concentration in the kidneys, pancreas and liver. GGT is often elevated in liver disease, particularly with obstruction of bile ducts, it would need to be investgated to determine the cause.
If your drinking in excess then of course reducing this will help

What are some of the best advice your grandparent(s) gave you?
I know my grandma was not nearly as educated as the newer generations, but she had lots of wisdom. Some of the advice she gave me when I was younger still ring true, particularly about relationships. Share some of the advice yours gave you. What are some of the best advice your grandparent(s) gave you?
2 of my grandparents passed away before I was born, the other 2 died when I was very young, so the biggest thing they taught me was do not put off anything, if you can do it now, do it. Tomorrow is not a guarantee. What are some of the best advice your grandparent(s) gave you?
';don't listen to Junior (my old man). He's always been fulla s*hit.';
My grandfather actually said that. Grouchy old Kraut.
My grandma told me to never suck a guy off until he eats your pus$y, because if you do he won't respect you....lol, I promise she said it.
My brothers said that to...I wonder if its true?
Oh well. haha
My favorite thing my grandma tells me
';Character is who you are in the dark';
You know how you can't steal in front of a police guard?
What if the police guard wasn't there? Would you do it? Or would you know that it's wrong and you don't do it?
it shows who you really are.
';I don't care how capable you are, don't ever pump your own gas or mow the lawn.';
....ok so I didn't take it word for word figured she meant I couldn't always be trying to prove myself all the time....have to step back and let him(as in my man) do what he wants to do for me when he can.
I honestly can't tell you one piece of advice any one of my grandparents ever gave me that I still carry today.
Actually, this was deathbed advice she gave to my sister (a nurse): ';Get married. Don't be an old maid like your Aunt Liz .';
Apparently that aunt spent her entire life taking care of other people and not attending to a life of her own.
My Nana was a wonderful, wise, kind woman too.
Some of her wisdom included:
1. If you have to choose, don't marry the man you love; marry the man who loves you.
2. Never space breast feeds closer than 3 hours or more than 5 hours apart.
3. We have more in rich countries than desperately poor people in other countries because God expects more of us; he expects us to do good for others.
4. Moderation in all things.
5. A little of what you crave does you good.
6. Always eat a little of everything on your plate, whether you think you'll like it or not; to be polite.
7. Leave a little on your plate.
8. Always leave the table still feeling a little hungry.
9. Sleep is good for you.
10. What you feed your mind is what you are. There's nothing better than a good book.
My grandfather once told me ';You've got your whole life to do something, and that's not very long.';
Life is a *****, it has puppies... My grandma was pissed off at that time lol
';';It's easy to marry someone you are in love with but marry some one who you can laugh with.';'; She was married for over 60 years when Grampa Bill died.
Not to be sad when people die because they wouldn't want you to be sad. My grandmother always used to say, ';Laugh and the world laughs with you. Cry and you cry alone';. It used to make me so mad as a kid but as an adult I understand it.
be generous but, never lend anybody anything you wouldn't give them.
Many, but one that sticks out in my mind is something along the lines of 'No expectations,No disappointments.'

Mommies was the first weeks home with baby better or worse then expected? What advice would you have for me?
My husband and I are about 1 and half months from bringing our precious daughter home..But I know were both fooling ourselves expecting everything to be rosey and wonderful..I almost feel like I am setting myself up for disapointment. For mommies who have ';Been there done that'; What were the first weeks home like?Mommies was the first weeks home with baby better or worse then expected? What advice would you have for me?
Being the oldest of 7 children, I saw my mom go through hell and high water with my siblings. I completely set myself up for the absolute worse with my son and I regret that because it made a good situation into a bad one. My son was born a week overdue, 9lbs 6 ounces. Healthy huge perfect baby boy. He breastfed and slept good. He cooed and smiled real early. He was real close to being a perfect baby. I feared SIDS because of the nurses horror stories, I feared sleep apnea because I suffered from it as a baby, I feared EVERYTHING! I basically did not sleep for the first week. My mother in law found me one night at 4am rocking my sleeping son and I was staring at the tv which was turned off. I learned how to completely ignore everything in my house but my child, cause of course dishes can't compare to a diaper needing to be changed! I learned a new side to my husband. He had never held a baby before our son and every time he held him it made me cry.
My advice to you would be:
1) Know that you can not predict ANYTHING
2) Even if you plan to breastfeed, have a small can of formula and a bottle ready in case
3) You can not spoil a baby
4) Hold your child and relish every single second
5) Fully plan on a second kid, because once you get over the labor and get them home, you realize why woman go through it all in the first place!
My childhood I grew up wanting to be a lawyer, travel the world, never marry, and NEVER have kids.
Well I have never been out the US, married the most incredible man I've ever met, had the most beautiful son, currently trying for another one, and don't want to do anything for the rest of my life but be a mother. You truly can not prepare for the emotions you will feel when you see your child for the first time. I tear up still just thinking about it! I really hope you will update as to your own experiences! :) Good luck and take everything in and breathe because you don't want to miss a second of it!Mommies was the first weeks home with baby better or worse then expected? What advice would you have for me?
expect to be tired! very tired.
try to get someone to watch the baby for you
the first few nights. it'll make it much much easier.
if the doctor tells you to take 5 baths a day.. do it!
it helps so so much. oh. make sure you have tucks at home.
you will be up pretty much all night and day.
they will wake up alot, most wake every hour to two hours for feedings.
always think of the diapers. make sure theres no rash. try to have the baby sleeping next to your bed. it makes it lots easier. keep clean bottles and formula on the kitchen counter to be prepared faster. you will feel like a zombie. and you will feel like it will never end but my son is now 10 months old and it flew by fast. it does end. and the baby WILL sleep through the night some day. my advice.. take it easy and relax. dont be afraid to accept help from others.
I was really tired and sometimes emotional. My husband was a huge help. I thought it would be worse than it was. I just fell more and more in love with my son every time I took care of him. I got frustrated at times but never directed my frustration at him. I tried to sleep when he was sleeping. House chores can wait lol. It is a lot of work to have a baby; it is the hardest job you will ever love. Congrats and good luck.
Being in the hospital was great...all the nurses helping and family constantly coming by. It really hit me hard when we got him and I freaked out that I wouldnt know what to do!! It was super hard at first I have to admit. I have never felt soooo tired in my life but thankfully my mom was there to help for the first two weeks so I could sleep during the day. I had no clue what I was doing and really, the first few months are a blur now because of how tired I was, and how hard it could be at some times. Now she is almost a year and is doing great! You really just catch on and learn things as they grow. Good luck!!!
honestly for me it was rosy and wonderful.
i mean i was sleeping in 2 hour intervals, breast feeding on demand, didn't care for food just slept when i could. luckily though my daughter was a very good baby. did not cry or fuss. she did not cry inconsolably like everyone said she would and she did not keep me up like everyone said she would. she'd wake up. eat. and she'd fall right back to sleep... i kept her in my room 24/7 and still do today and she's 5 months old. anywho, it was wonderful.
just a lot of nappy changes, breast feeding round the clock and sleep when baby sleeps you should be fine!
i thought i would handle the lack of sleep better, i found that i had real trouble sleeping during the day, so i couldn't really catch up.
My son was 5 weeks prem, and i had to wake him for feeds every 3 hrs regardless, for the first 6 weeks!
He had poor sucking reflex so he was b/f for an hour at a time.
my poor hubby went on alternate night feeds for me with expressed milk so i could get at least 4 hours sleep straight. (and he still went to work) i ended up crashing and switching to formula because i was a wreck, and my son wasnt getting enough milk from breast.
it was slow going but we eventually got to the point we could stretch his feeds to 4 hours and he now sleeps 6 hours at night, absolute bliss!
with my oldest my boyfriends mom basically took over. I was 16 at the time so I didn't mind. She knew what she was doing and I just watched and learned.
With my 2nd my husband and I expected the worse, before she was born we said Mommy can sleep at night while dad sleeping during the day. well. Our daughter slept almost non stop. She slept maybe 18 hours a day, we still got to spend time with each other and it was nice.
with the 3rd, It started to get worse, but not really at the same time. I had a 3 year old and a 6 year old, plus my new born. Some friends of mine were worried about me, so they moved in for about 3 months. They helped me with the older ones and the new baby, but really I think I could have done it with just me and my husband
The 4th one was hard. I had no one there with me. Just my 4 kids. a 4 year old a 7 year old and 1 year old. My youngest came about 3 weeks before my due date, so my husband didn't have the days off and had to work the day I came home with baby. I cried all day long and my kids didn't understand. After being home alone for about 4 hours I called my husband crying and he came home and told his boss to stfu and he'd be back in about a month. That helped more then anything having him home with me to remind me to breath.
Honestly it would be exhausting, but wonderful at the same time. You will look at your little one and fall in love. You'll smile everytime you look in to her eyes, and you'll always want her by your side. You might not get as much sleep as you used to, but it isn't so bad. You'll eventually get used to it, and find yourself waking up before she asks to be feed.
educate yourself. i have never been around babies so when i had mine i was clueless. he would cry and wouldnt eat and just cried. i am so grateful my mom was there. learn as many baby songs as possible. that was the best way to calm my baby down. talk to your pediatrician to learn what home remedies he/she suggests for normal issues such as gas, constipation, not eating, not sleeping. when all else would fail i would vacuum or take my son for a car ride and he would calm right down. good luck. sometimes its hard but it is so worth it. congratulations!!
i didnt had no sleep at all.my husband was pcs to another duty station(us army).i was on my own for 4 months till i get to be with my husband.i didnt had any shower for weeks.had to feed my baby every half an hour.i breastfed so it was easier for me then walking to the kitchen and making her bottle every 2 hours.whew!
lifes hard..but its all worth it at the end..
my bub is 2 weeks tomorrow... when my milk came in it was so hard.. she was hungry all the time and didnt want to be put down.. i was upset because her latch hurt and i was sotr and tired.. it is soooo much better now at 2 weeks.. i can put her down and shes ok.. she doesnt always screamfor baths and nappy changes now..
everything is so much calmer, but the first few days were really shocking.. but once u hit 2 wks u will be fine
alot of diaper changing. But for the most part the baby just sleeps and eats. But it depends cause every child is different. But that's what it was like with my first two. I have about two months left to find out how this one is.
Amazing. It wasn't until they were about 4-6 weeks old that I began to notice a difference.
My advice...don't expect things to stay the way they are/will be for the first few weeks. :) Good luck to you and your family.
I tried to do too much.
You should sleep as much as you can, whenever the baby is sleeping. Don't worry about other things. Get your sleep, that's the most important thing.
my advice
DONT SHAKE THE BABY
* I planned on a natural drug free birth (even had a tens machine on hire ready to go)
* I planned to breastfeed for one year (didn't have one bottle, pump or formula on hand)
* I planned on having a girl (knew this one was a 50/50 but we did the recipes %26amp; timed intercourse etc)
What ended up happening...
I had a c-section.
I had a boy (wouldn't change that for anything!)
I was unable to breastfeed but almost died trying
I had to have a c-section due to baby being big %26amp; transverse so had my c-section at 38weeks due to blood pressure being too high. I had a beautiful 9lb 2ounces boy (he would've been over 10lb if I went to 40weeks). I breastfed in hospital, we had some latch issues but were working through them, my nipples were cracked %26amp; bleeding after three days but we kept trying. My baby lost more than 10% body weight which is a big 'no, no' %26amp; they pumped me to see how much I was producing %26amp; could only get a few drops out so they didn't give me the choice but put him straight onto formula. My Ob put me on maxalon, a drug to help stimulate the milk to come in. Meanwhile I was complaining to the nurses that I felt feverish %26amp; really unwell, they kept telling me that I had 'milk fever' %26amp; it was common when your milk was coming in. They sent me home %26amp; I returned to hospital the following night in an ambulance with a massive infection. They wouldn't re-admit my son as they said 'he wasn't sick'. I had to have IV antibiotics every few hours, the strongest antibiotics available, three different types. I had a cat scan %26amp; xrays to try to find the infection but they couldn't find where it was coming from, meanwhile my veins were collapsing due to the antibiotics %26amp; they had to keep on resighting it, they said if they had to do it again they'd have to do a central line so they strapped my arm into a board so I couldn't move it as the IV was in the crook of my elbow. I was so sick I thought I was going to die but I still got up every two hours to pump which was damn near impossible with one arm. I also took blessed thistle %26amp; fenugreek %26amp; drank as much water as I could to encourage my milk to come in but nothing happened.
I recovered after 7days in hospital %26amp; returned home to my angel, the first thing I did was to bring in a lactation consultant to help me %26amp; she referred me to a naturopath. I did everything %26amp; my milk never came in which devastated me, it was something I didn't even think could or would happen.
The first few weeks were so very difficult as my husband works 12hrs a day %26amp; couldn't take any time off but we managed some how!
When my son was 3weeks he was diagnosed with severe reflux %26amp; subsequently also colic %26amp; constipation. That's probably been the hardest part as some days he's gone 24hrs literally not sleeping %26amp; just crying. But some how we just keep on!
Now we're at week 10, I've all but fully recovered, my son's reflux is resolving slowly %26amp; he's in the 90th percentile for his weight! Life's getting better!
My birth %26amp; the following weeks were nothing that could be planned for but you cope %26amp; it's all worth it in the end just to see your baby smile!
I hope you have a better time with it but just remember no matter how tough it gets in those first few weeks, it will get better!
Good luck %26amp; congratulations!

That was said to me in highschool, and I repeat it to everyone becauase it changed my life. What was the best piece of advice you were ever given?
THE SIN OF OMISSION
Margaret E. Sangster
It isn't the thing you do dear,
It's the thing you leave undone
That gives you a bit of a heartache
At setting of the sun.
The tender word forgotten,
The letter you did not write,
The flowers you did not send, dear,
Are your haunting ghosts at night.
The stone you might have lifted
Out of a brother's way;
The bit of heartsome counsel
You were hurried too much to say;
The loving touch of the hand, dear,
The gentle, winning tone
Which you had no time nor thought for
With troubles of your own.
Those little acts of kindness
So easily out of mind,
Those chances to be angels
Which we poor mortals find-
They come in night and silence,
Each sad, reproachful wraith,
When hope is faint and flagging,
And a chill has fallen on faith.
For life is all to short, dear,
And sorrow is all too great,
To suffer our slow compassion
That tarries until too late;
And it isn't the thing you do, dear,
It's the thing you leave undone
Which gives you heartache
At the setting of the sun.
A piece of advice that I was given has always stuck in my mind - was to always respect elderly people and treat them kindly - because whoever lives long enough - will one day also be elderly.
I always remembered what this person told me -- and I pass this advice on.

You can't get to better days unless you make it through the night. And live below your means.

Why worry when you can pray.

Parents: whats the worst piece of advice you have ever been given about your child?
My worst piece of advice has to be when my daughter was 6 weeks old. She was badly constipated and already in alot of pain. I rang my MIL and she said to try orange juice and water. Thankfully I checked with the doctor and was advised never to give an in infant under 4 months old anything other than water and milk as it can seriously harm the child.
What's the worst piece of advice someone has given you?Parents: whats the worst piece of advice you have ever been given about your child?
My MIL told me to put hot chocolate in my baby's bottle at 6 weeks to help her sleep through.
At 6 weeks, she was only getting up once in the night, which didn't bother me. I was in no rush to get her to sleep through, and certainly not in a rush to offer anything other than breastmilk or formula. But even if I was... hot chocolate to help her sleep? Sugar?? Seriously, where's the logic, lol!
The orange juice thing is an old one and I do know a few who have used it succesfully. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend it as I'm not a health professional, but some parents do desperate things when they're trying to help their baby's discomfort.
ETA - Yurri - co-sleeping actually carries less risks than baby in their own cot/crib. Perhaps a mother who is on medication or drinking heavily could roll onto a baby (in which case she shouldn't be co-sleeping), but not otherwise. Co-sleeping can help to regulate baby's temperature (mothers body temp will adjust accordingly to help baby) and breathing, (baby's breathing will imitate mother's breathing patterns) and babies sleep better with their parents. It is not unsafe nor is it a poor parenting technique. Additionally, neither is not co-sleeping.
ETA - Actually Yurri, I think if you chose to do some research rather than try to offend people, you might find that there is a lot of truth in what I'm saying. I don't co-sleep, but I have in the past. I wouldn't tell someone else that it was unsafe unless I had some evidence of this. Feel free to provide links that disprove any of my 'theories'.
P.S - It's MRS 'obviously not a supermom' if you don't mind. I'm married, using the correct term is the polite thing to do.Parents: whats the worst piece of advice you have ever been given about your child?
The nurse-receptionist at my pediatrician's office telling me that my 10-month-old daughter's earache didn't sound all that urgent, so I could make an appointment for about 8 hours from the time of my call.
My daughter's ear-drum burst about an hour-and-a-half later.
And yes, she'd been screaming since the early hours of the morning, I'd given her every pain-killer that she could have, and I'd called the doctor as soon as someone was there to make the appointment with me. And yes, my baby was screaming in the same room when I made the call, the receptionist *had* to have heard her.
I still haven't forgiven this woman.
The worst piece of advice I got was not to co-sleep, it sounded like the lady was predicting my baby would die. As if my doing it should be a felony or was abuse; she was ridiculous and out of line. Needless to say, my little one has slept in my bed every since she came home. Anyone who has anything to say about it can get their point across without that kind of judgmental drama besides my little one has slept through the night since she was 6 weeks old, I know it is because she sleeps deeper when she is right next to me.
ive been told quite a bit my my partners nan, she told me to give my daughter baby rice when she was only a few weeks old because she gave her kids baby rice at 3 days old! when i said shes not ready and shes too young she told me im basically a bad mum because shes hungry and i wouldnt like living on just milk!! then she said shed never take a spoon when shes on solids if i didnt give her one from a few weeks old! i was then 'instructed' to put extra scoops of formula in her bottle which isnt good for them. then she said she should be in a door bouncer because hers were at a week old, which is cruelty in my eyes because they cant even hold their head up at that age. and the worst of all was when she offered to give my baby alcohol because she had just started teething early and was in pain and that alcohol would apparently help and make her sleep (when she had been asleep and obviously woken up and she told me to give her alcohol to make her go back to sleep until the evening and then again all night as if she never wanted to wake up!!) she was only about 8 weeks old when she said this. its a good thing i have my head screwed on and wont take any advice from people unless i trust it and check with a doctor first. things were different in those days but they didnt realise how dangerous it was to a baby back then and i definately wouldnt do anything to risk my daughters health as would any mother.
??? When my baby was a few weeks old she was constipated and my health visitor told me to give her fresh orange, which I did, 5ml actually, it cleared up her constipation and she was completely fine!
The worst advice I ever had was to take advice, the best thing a parent can do for a child is to go with their instincts!
last summer, my 12 year ld was out playing with no shoes on. it was 7:00 pm and my fiend came over. we live in the country and the property is big. far from traffic and grass all over. she informs me my child should not be out side with out shoes that she may end up sick. i blew it off until i got a visit from children services. when i saw her a gain, well long story short we got into it and i kicked her azz. we are no longer friends. oh and the woman from DHR saw nothing wrong with her being out side in the summer with out shoes. the ex-freind that reported me has no kids.
When my son was 8 someone told me to ';lay off, he's just a baby';. He was playing baseball and I told him to ';shut up and listen to your coach!';
My son is now a very successful young man and the person who told me to ';lay off';? Well her son just flunked most of his first year college classes for the SECOND TIME!!!!!!!!
There's a time and place for everything. Sometimes you sit quietly and listen and learn. Other times you run and play. They're never too young to start learning the difference.
None really - I used instinct .
May I just say that a spoonful of sugar in some warm water has ALWAYS been recognised to relieve constipation in babies and your MIL probably meant 'babies orange' which used to be free in the clinic. I'm sure she didn't mean 'Sunny D'!!
To scmack my son!1 I couldn't believe it, I am completely against it, especially since my son is only 17months old!! Xx
EDIT. Yurri: I co-slept with my son and I never once rolled ont top of him, I think in the cases that you're talking about is when a mother's on medication or drinking alcohol and apperntly smoking!!
Still regret doing 'controlled crying' when my boy was about 2, because the sleep nurse advised me just to carry on though he was obviously very distressed... definitely made it worse in that case.
Right against instinct, you're right when you say you should listen to it all you peeps!
so much - let them cry it out probably. i'm not saying you should run to your child every second - but when theyre infants they need to know they can count on you to be there. it develops a sense of trust. they don't know any other way to communicate. i let my son cry it out - and to this day i regret it.
My MIL told me to put WHISKEY in my babys bottle because he wasnt sleeping through at 6 weeks! She also advised rubbing whiskey on his gums while teething!Idont know how my husband wasnt an alcholic by 2!
when my daughter first started her periods my mum told me to tell her to keep away from boys.she also told me the same thing when i was a child.
mine was just give him a smack, from a family member when my son was trowing a paddy,i hate violence against children s of course i would not smak him
One things I was told that really ticked me off was too blow smoke in my babies face for colic...I dont even smoke and I be danged if I would ever blow smoke in my childs face
Give her rice cereal from a spoon at 6 weeks old to ';fill her up'; and help her sleep. Durrrr
Rub gin on his gums. My son is 10 months old and I'm not giving him a taste of liquor THAT young.
My MIL has been trying to convince me to spoonfeed my son since he was 6 weeks old!
When my son was teething someone told me to rub whisky on his gums! I'm not stupid i didn't do it.
my step mum mia gave me the advice to go play on train tracks or run infrunt of cars
*Putting rum in my babies bottle, which is probably quite a frequently issued bad piece of advice I am guessing!
*A male friend of mine once told me to just let my three week old daughter cry because babies do not know that the noise is coming from themselves so it doesn't upset them (I didn't know how to begin that the baby was upset in the first place) and also that it was good for airing out their lungs.
*When I was breastfeeding someone seriously advised me to take codeine to dope Faith up, apparently codeine is safe in small amounts whilst breastfeeding...but taking something for pain and taking something to dope someone up are two completely different things!

Where Do You Get Your Fashion Advice?
What sites, magazines, or TV shows do you look at to get your fashion advice or tips?Where Do You Get Your Fashion Advice?
Myself! I'm too old to get fashion advice. By the time you are 16, you should know your style and rock it! I'm 23, and I've always had a more earthy chic kind of style. I hate trends. Why look like everybody else when you can stand out :)
I love shopping online and through catalogs because no one can look like you when you go to school. Try it. Everybody will ask where'd you get that...I always tell them it was a gift lol so I can keep my secret stores to myself.
Hone your style!Where Do You Get Your Fashion Advice?
I usually go by the crowd I hang out with, we tend to have the same thoughts on fashion and shop in the same stores. Although I like what celebrities wear, I don't base my fashion off of them. And if not by my friends and I'm out shopping, I go by what the stores themselves set up on mannequins sometimes.
i can't trust my best friends sometimes, so, i go by my own opinion. whatever makes you comfortable and is appropriate. i'll get the occasional 17 mag.

Would you take a foreign relations advice from Sarah Palin?
Just interested to see what people would say. Just say what's on your mind, save your campaigning for the second paragraph. Be truthful and honest in your first paragraph.Would you take a foreign relations advice from Sarah Palin?
That makes as much sense as taking dieting advice from someone's whose obese.Would you take a foreign relations advice from Sarah Palin?
Yes. I am sure she is a very intelligent person. A smart educated person who has traveled the world can still have foolish ideas about foriegn policy. What about from Bill Clinton or Jimmy Carter. What was their foreign policy experience before their presidency?Reagn broke through the Iron Curtian and he was an actor.
No.
Besides, I sadly have traveled and lived in more countries than the vp elect. :'(
But really, she's the ';average Jane;'; her appeal is in being one of us, so I don't think she'd have much to offer.
Hmmm.
Govenor Bill Clinton's who was running for President had the foriegn policy advice of ZERO and the liberal media seemed not to be bothered by it.
Her being VP hmmm.
I would take foreign relations advice from my pet rock before I would take foreign relations advice from Sarah Palin.
Sure, more so than obama with no experience. Remember, she was a mayor and is a Governor, a higher office than Senator.
I would not take foreign relations advice from any middle aged person who did not get there passport until 2006.
absolutely not she has zero experience
YES!!! before taking anything from Barry Soetoro.
MCCAIN / PALIN '08
I wouldn't even want sexual relations with Sarah Palin.
No she couldn't control her 15yrs daughter so never mind her meeting foreign ministers
Foreign relations - is that were she gets a chance to make out with foreigners?
It seems that she is lacking in this area.
But she also seems to be on an even par with Obama.
Only if I wanted to know what the northeastern coastline of Russia looked like from afar.
I wouldn't take a not a lick from Obama.
added. By the way, Obama got his *** kicked tonight.
No, she has none, and her interview with Katie Couric proved that.
No. But I also wouldn't take it from Obama at this point. I'm more confused than ever after the debate.
No. Never. Not in a million years.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Are you kidding me!? who would take any advice from her?
haha no
NEVER, Over my dead body!
That would be a No...
Heck yeah!! I mean she can see Russia from her house!! jk
Sure - definitely before Biden or nObama.
That makes as much sense as taking dieting advice from someone's whose obese.Would you take a foreign relations advice from Sarah Palin?

No. But I also wouldn't take it from Obama at this point. I'm more confused than ever after the debate.
No. Never. Not in a million years.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Are you kidding me!? who would take any advice from her?

How long to face-to-face interview normally last? 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?
How many questions do employers normally ask? I am applying for coordinator position for an International university. I really want to get this job. However, I am alway nervous during an interview. English is my second language also. Thank you.How long to face-to-face interview normally last? 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?
look at this website, answer the questions before hand and then you will already know the answers,

Well some of the most popular questions are:
What are your weaknesses?
Do you have any questions?
What do you hope to bring to the job?
What do you hope to get out of this job? (DONT SAY MONEY)
Id advise to always give eye contact to the interviewer also
You can expect anywhere from 1/2 hour to an hour. Most employers ask you about your education, employment history etc...,. Good luck

Would you pay money to get advice or creative ideas?
I have been contemplating starting up a consulting service for some time. The basic idea is to offer a range of creative solutions for services (i.e. marketing, personal life - love - happiness, etc.) The fee of course would be dependent upon the amount of work required to give a specific answer. This is similiar to the Yahoo! Answers program but is quite a bit more in-depth with research and is geared to giving the consumer multiple ideas and solutions via any medium of their choosing (also tailored to the consumer and not a wide group of people such as Yahoo! Answers). What are your thoughts? Any person out there interested in making this a reality?Would you pay money to get advice or creative ideas?

No, I have mine own creative ideas. Hon, those servcies are already offered on the web by several companies that have a very good handle on it. They beat you to the punch.

Can you give me some good advice on passing a driving test?
I feel REALLY embarassed for asking this cause I am 23 and I just learned how to drive last year or so. I failed the behind the wheel all three times, the last time wasn't so bad...I just got a bit too close to a double parked car while I was trying to signal and go around it. And now I have put it off for a year because I guess I am not a real confident person in driving. I just fear I do not have the skills so I just gave up on it. Do you think it is bad if a person does not drive at all? People keep saying to me, ';When are you going to drive?/When are you going to get a car?'; So much pressure! I never got the opportunity to learn how to drive when I was younger...maybe that would have helped? I don't know. My teacher thinks I am good when I am not taking the test...but when I see the strict DMV person.. I just freeze and my heart starts pounding like crazy. I am intimidated by them because I have been told they are really mean so maybe that is the reason why I keep freaking out.Can you give me some good advice on passing a driving test?
Just put it into perspective.
If you want to be able to leave the DMV with a license, then you WILL pass the test. If you are not ready to become a full-time driver, you will not.
Once you are completely ready to put your foot in the door/ bite the bullet/ face your fears/ whatever you'd like to call it, you will do anything you can to get that card. You will practice as much as you can. You will show your instructor you mean business. And, one day, you will pass. I failed two times too. It is not that hard as long as no unusual circumstances pop up. Just remember, if they say you are not ready, then maybe you need more practice. I can't believe how many times I come to an unfamiliar intersection and am completely confused about what to do and I have been driving for almost 20 years. Getting onto a highway from a ramp can be abrupt. People refuse to follow the rules on the road and you have to be 110% ready to gauge their next move or dodge out of the way of a hazardous situation...either by slowing down or by avoiding it. The road is not always a pleasant place!
Hopefully, you have a mother (or someone else you drive with often) who is an excellent driver, like mine, so you have a good example to follow. Can you give me some good advice on passing a driving test?
Dont go back until you are ready. You do not want to be nervous and have an accident. When you are ready, realize the only bad thing that will happen is that you will not get the license. It is not the end of the world. I applaud you for trying and trying again. Don't let pressure get to you. Get some practice in with someone that has patience with you. Go out during a not so busy time of the day.
Good Luck and Stay Safe
practice and study.
I failed my frist driving test too, I was 19 and getting ready to start college. Relex, and do excately what they tell you, and dont touch your face or take your hands off the wheel, unless told to use a hand signal. You will do fine, please try again.
Study !
Just keep practicing. It took me 3 tries to get my license but it was because of stupid drivers that screwed me over and the fact that I was nervous. Go driving with someone that you trust and just keep on doing it until you know that you are 110% sure. I feel your pain but in the end it's all worth it.oreal

Rabbit Advice: Can you tell a rabbit I love you by rubbing your nose against theirs?
My 9 weeks rabbits just fell in love with me and they follow me where ever I go. I want to show them that I love them back. Do they know I am saying ';I love you!'; when I rub my nose against their noses?Rabbit Advice: Can you tell a rabbit I love you by rubbing your nose against theirs?
you don't need to show them you love them as your rabbits know as you care for them and feed them. my rabbits follow me as well. i superpose you spend allot of time with them that's why myn follows me every were. if you look up on google and type in rabbits language it will give you what things mean when they do things.Rabbit Advice: Can you tell a rabbit I love you by rubbing your nose against theirs?
That is okay, but don't do it if you are allergic to fur. The best way to say ';i love you'; to rabbits, is just to pet the rabbit. Rabbits love being petted. Also, you can also say i love you by making your bunny a good comfy bed, and loads of toys to play with, and a big cage, so basically spoil your rabbit, and they will know you love them. I am not kidding.
You can if it comes from New Zealand
no, noses are for smelling. they follow you because of food and water
Ever had a rabbit bite your nose?

Any advice or suggestions you can offer that would help grow the scuba industry?
I want some answers.Any advice or suggestions you can offer that would help grow the scuba industry?
Personally, I think recreational SCUBA diving is doing a fine job of promoting itself. And I also don't think we want just anyone suiting up and getting in the water - not everyone has the temperment to be a diver. So I don't know that the ';industry'; needs to grow any more than it already is.

How many of you out there think its pretty funny that Obama is reaching out for advice from Bill Clinton?
Now that he realizes this election is not a slam dunk for him.How many of you out there think its pretty funny that Obama is reaching out for advice from Bill Clinton?
Lol, as my question says :)
why didn't he just choose clinton ( hillary ) as V.P?How many of you out there think its pretty funny that Obama is reaching out for advice from Bill Clinton?
Obama is just trying to get some of Slick Willy's come on lines for the women, when he gets to the White House.
His black book, if he's lucky enough.
It's kind of funny Hillary thought it was her for the taking Obama felt he was a shoe in and their both going down in flames
Why shouldn't he? Personal problems aside he was one of the best , well liked, smart and successful presidents ever.
Who better to reach out to when you have woman problems?

What advice can you give to someone with a ';stiff gait';?
In other words a really stiff posture when standing and walking. I have aspergers (autism) and get laughed at loads in the street because of how I walk and people often call me things like ';robocop'; and ';zombie';.
And being told to ';just relax'; doesn't seem to work I don't really know how to. I don't know what you can say to help but your thoughts are welcome. What advice can you give to someone with a ';stiff gait';?
I am stiff too. My arms don't swing properly. I am thought a terrorist with a gun down my leg. This is a serious question I would like an answer to also.
Meanwhile, I just had the idea of a set up like in construction. Earmuffs to block sharp noises and a face shield tinted to cut the sharp light. It would also help even the disadvantage with facial expression. While I am inventing/dreaming, I would like a voice sythesizer so 'tone' and nonverbal aspects are evened out and Humans will have to listen to the acutal words, not their reinterpretation.
I get called ';Robot'; anyhow, so why not be what they think I am?What advice can you give to someone with a ';stiff gait';?

Martial arts training was very helpful for me. I took Tae Kwon Do, but I would imagine any of them would work.

What advice would you give to a novice director (of theatre or film)?
I am taking an advance directing class for theatre but I feel I still have a long ways to go in improving my directing skills.I am taking this class to fulfill my theatre minor requirements. Also since I am a Communications major with an emphasis in film, I hope to direct a few films. What are the common mistakes that bad directors make and how can I improve from that? What advice would you give to a novice director (of theatre or film)?
';Compromised'; its the common mistake every beginners do,.
don't get compromised with a shot in the shooting spot still u get it exactly u wanted.
don't get compromised with editing still u get it perfect.
don't get compromised with dubbing and rerecording still u get the rite expression on score and dialogues. What advice would you give to a novice director (of theatre or film)?
From what I've seen bad directors are usually insecure, fail to recognize their own weaknesses (and strengths for that matter) and fail to surround themselves with knowledgeable and talented people. They also fail to listen to their cast and crew. Even though a final decision may lie with you it does not mean that you don't listen to those around you. Which is why you should surround yourself with the best people possible. Being a director does not mean being a dictator but it does mean being a leader.
I think having a great deal of organization skills are required as much as creative ones. When it gets down to actually producing a script that has been broken down into little segments takes a lot of time. Lighting must be set for each scene, and each scene is not shot in order. I don't know if this will help but these articles may give you a better idea of what a director does.

Don't you have any upline managers, etc? Ask them! How do you become successful in the Arbonne business? How do you sell it online? Any advice?

Arbonne is a network marketing company and the most successful way to sell Arbonne is person to person, not via on-line. However, they do offer a very easy website building tool through which you can sell their products on-line. For an example, see http://MakeItBetter.myarbonne.com
I don't know about Arbonne but I do Mary Kay and I fit it in my everyday life everywhere I go I tell people what I do carry samples and hand out business cards. everyone has skin so anyone is a potential customers. Nothin, he can't c d dandruff and he's bad tempered
i probably wouldnt mention the dandruff
Tell him the joke about the blonde and the anti-dandruff shampoo, where she says ';I don't know how to give shoulders!';.

What advice would you give to the younger generation?
Let's face it things aren't getting better with the financial crisis, rising fuel prices, suicidal bombers and of course young people with there problems. What long life lesson have you learned through your own experiences can you give to the younger generation of people aged between 16 to 24. You may be young yourself maybe you could give advice also. What advice would you give to the younger generation?
Believe in yourself. Set goals and set out to accomplish those goals. Leave negative people alone, steer clear of religious zealots, never do drugs, never smoke cigarettes and treat people well. What advice would you give to the younger generation?
1. Live w/in your means.
2. Eat your vegetables and fruits and stop eating food high in salt, fat and sugar.
3. Go to college and finish school. Education is a treasure and an investment.
4. Sleep
I know kids today think that they have so much to do in such a short amount of time that teenagers stay up late - I keep telling them that when they get older and acquire more responsibility, or worry about the future, or become too tired because they have to work two jobs to make ends meet - oh how they're gonna miss sleeping in.
Keep in contact with your family; they know you better than anyone else.
Obtain a high level of education and you'll make more money. If you drop out, try and get back to it in few years.
Respect people.
Get into a job that relates to your interests.
Pay your credit card in full each month.
Taking two vacations a year is nice, but many of us can't afford it. Stay at home for one of them.
Wear a condom.
I'm serious about the education. I know you've heard it before, but it's the keystone.
Spend within ur own means and dun get in the habit of living in debt. Otherwise the financial crisis will happen again. Learn to ride the bicycle, repect others and they will respect you.
never leave the the one you love for somebody that you like because that one that you like will leave you for somebody that they love and also always think outside the box don't ever let anyone just tell you anything
Respect your elders.
Be better than your elders were.
eat, live and die. you will not make a difference no matter how hard you try. but still try!

Ladies do you have any advice regarding vaginal tears?

Go to your gynecologist or to planned parenthood and have them take a look. Its not an unheard of problem, and you may need a small surgical repair.

Clinton and Obama supporters...What advice can you give YOUR favorite candidate for the debate tomorrow night?
If you would like to help out your candidate, what could you tell them that would help them win votes?Clinton and Obama supporters...What advice can you give YOUR favorite candidate for the debate tomorrow night?
Senator Clinton---keep up the good work like that in Texas.
Keep answering the questions specifically and directly, with that integrated vocabulary. Show that you know how to communicate effectively with leaders from all regions of the world, while maintaining your principles. Your ';attitude of gratitude'; expressed in response to the final question is appreciated. Listen to the questions, and the spirit behind them carefully, and strive for Truth---most of all, savor this opportunity to share your views, as you seemed to in Texas. I liked how you were appreciating the moment in the moment, rather than merely as a means to an end.
.Clinton and Obama supporters...What advice can you give YOUR favorite candidate for the debate tomorrow night?
To Obama: Stay above the fray. Let her rant and rave. Use more comments like the ';silly season'; one to show you have a sense of humor. Also, don't let her get away with being the candidate who ';makes'; it look like she cares about the American people (like her last debate closing comments). Keep inserting personal stories from regular Americans you have met and keep the focus on what you can do for the country.
Clinton: Stay home!
My advise would be to the moderators......
Ask more questions first to Obama so it gives him the opportunity to think of his own responses instead of piggybacking off of Hillary's answers.
VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON!!!!!!!!!!!
To hillary: skip the debate, its not like your going to have any new ideas to the ones people already told you, and go get a full body make over.
To obama: try to look more patriotic to the U.S., don't wear the tribal garb to the debate.
I would tell Obama to keep his cool and to keep on the lookout for anything that Hillary will say. He studied law so i would tell him to use that to argue with logic and facts.
Obama '08
To Hillary address these with Obama:
PLEASE READ .THIS IS AN ISSUE AMERICANS NEED TO LOOK ON AND LOOK UP TRUTHS ABOUT THIS MAN. GOD HELP AMERICA!
a couple of interesting things about Obama
http://www.mywire.com/pubs/PRNewswire/20鈥?/a> - for same sex marriages, abortions (even partial birth abortions - this allows the baby to be born and they let it lay and die - starve to death) and is against absolute authority on the bible
He is for socialized medicine or health insurance - Government funded health insurance with the funds derived mostly from taxes. so...we will then have the government telling us which doctors we can see...and when we can see them..interesting..dont you think? Also, if it is being paid from the taxes, I believe the rich will pay the most but all of our taxes will go up to pay for this. so, he promises that we will pay cheaper premiums, but it will be paid thru our taxes. I don't like seeing anyone without insurance. But, I don't agree with socialized medicine. I don't want the government controlling my insurance.
http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PA鈥?/a> - Obama is not what I would call a christian if he is a follower of this church. The socialist beliefs of Barack Obama's church should be a major concern to voters because they are far out of the mainstream of American thought. Obama's connection to the militant opposition leader in Kenya and his supporting militant Islamic groups trying to overthrow the U.S.-friendly government in that country should be of concern. Al-Qaida would love to see the takeover of Kenya occur.
http://www.suntimes.com/news/sweet/81125鈥?/a> - Obama tells people he is a christian and not muslim - On Sunday, Obama told the Jewish group his Kenyan grandfather was a Muslim and he has been a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago for 20 years - but then his campagne leaders distant him from his preacher because of their beliefs.
However, the pastor of his church, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, has created problems for Obama in Jewish circles. A magazine connected to Wright honored Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and last month Obama said he condemned ';the anti-Semitic statements made by Minister Farrakhan'; and disagreed with a decision to honor him.
To Obama, concede now and save face
Well I would certainly recommend Obama where the Kenya
suit,, they say thats in right now,,, And If he can't get out of
denial long enough for that,, He might try the tricky little
apollo creed outfit from the Rocky movie,, Little acne loaded
18 year olds will love that one,,For Hillary, well the ice queen
needs to toughen up, He needs to drag bill out on stage,
and slap the hell out of him,, that would get a few votes.
Otherwise it would be nice if they just ate each other alive.
Dont screw up. lmfao
For Obama- Keep your cool and let hillary make a fool out of herself trying to keep the campaign negative. Possibly give more details on how you stand on the economy/iraq/ and healthcare.
For Clinton- DON'T GO NEGATIVE. This hasn't worked for you before and it certainly isn't helping you now.
Obama: don't attack, let Hilliary make a fool of herself.
to Hillary .... leave the sarcasm at home ...

to Obama, work on your presentation, unfortunately, people are impressed when you can prattle your response without thinking about it. Also, keep your cool because when Hillary starts attacking, she will be digging her own grave. If you take it gracefully, you will bury her in her own crap.
To Hillary: You got to lay it all out there for the people. Unmask this cult leader for who he really is. You've started to already - but keep going.
To Obama: Don't be so smug and act all surprised that Hillary is mad when you make falsehoods in your literature about her. And come with more ideas - don't just add on to what Hillary says.
Obama doesn't need any advice he is a leader naturally and will deal with what ever is put in front of him.He has Good intentions and great Karma!
Obama 2008!!!
Bring a gun.
I'd tell Hillary to stop attacking Obama -- every time she does negative campaigning the audience hates it and Obama moves farther ahead. But I'm still expecting to see her attack Obama tomorrow, and him stick up for himself but otherwise show more class.
what channel is it on?
hillary should talk about obamas racist pastor and his unpatriotic wife.
obama-keep it cooloreal
