Yes. I am sure she is a very intelligent person. A smart educated person who has traveled the world can still have foolish ideas about foriegn policy. What about from Bill Clinton or Jimmy Carter. What was their foreign policy experience before their presidency?Reagn broke through the Iron Curtian and he was an actor.
