Not sure how this site will relate to other countries, but the link below has revision, tests, and interactive games for pupils of all ages.

A variety of subjects, including Maths and Science

http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/
At the site below, I have around 29 U.S. government kid's sites that are all free... the sites include NASA sites for kids, USGS and a bunch of others covering both some math and science.

It is multiple pages (3) of links.

Lots of interactive games, worksheets and stuff...
Why not take a break from formal learning and try some informal stuff...take trips to the museum, watch movies about mathmeticians or science related topics, play games (Monopoly, Risk, card games, etc), take things part, blow things up, mix mentos and diet soda, or other messy experiments, go for hikes and try to guess the names of plants or aimals you see (take pics of them so you can identify them later online to see who guessed more correctly!). Check out stevespangler.com.

If he's bored but you're forcing him, he's going to end up hating anything that looks like learning. Make fun a priority! Learning is a natural side affect of having fun.

In addition if you google math, science fee websites, you'll find more than your son can handle!

I would recommend, however, that he not just look at science websites....be sure to have him do lots of hands-on science and math.
