Do you have advice on a good work out plan to suit me?

I weigh 8 stone and im 17 years old, im not fat but my arms and wrist are really weak and i need to strengthen up. Also my lower body is a little out of proportion from my top, by this i mean i have quite thick thighs and a big ***. You can do body weight squats and lunges to tone your lower body, sit ups for you abs, and push ups and if possible pull ups for your upper body and arms.
