I've been to the doctor a lot over my life and they have had me use hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears... Lately they reccomended debrox ear drops because it works better--it is thicker than water/peroxide.
My only problem is that I can't get it into my ear to make it the most effective it could be, does anyone that has used it have any tips?What advice do you have for using DeBrox ear drops?
Lay on your side and pull the top of your ear up and back with one hand and then squeeze the bottle with the other hand. Let 3-4 drops drip into the ear and lay there for a minute or two while you have the ear pulled up and back. Then put a piece of cotton in and turn over and do the other side.What advice do you have for using DeBrox ear drops?
You might try a sauna instead? Better yet, use the ear drops in the sauna. Whatever you do, never stop experimenting because it's fun.
