I am thinking of becoming a babysitter can you give me some advice?

I am always bored on friday and saturday nights, and I do need some money. I am only 12, but girls in my class babysit all the time. I would like as much advice as I could get. Is there classes I could take so that the parents will trust me more, and I won't be as nervous? Is there anyway I can get people to know about me? In my neighborhood no one speaks english except a few houses, and they don't have kids. I live in a big city ex Detriot, so it's kinda dangerous to put up fliers. try ur local ymca or ywca they should offer babysitting classes. put an add in newspaper once u get sum training word of mouth is very powerful also.
