I am 22 years old female. I will finish college in May. I think of it at the new beginning of my life. I have nothing to worry about. If you were me--How do you start from ZERO?

I completely agree with the others - you don`t start from zero. At the same time, maybe it is good that you feel in this way - it really keeps your mind open! You have so many opportunities before you and your idea of a zero start will help you not to lose them.


You are at the crucial moment of your life - very soon you will have much more responsibilities: you will have to think of your career, of creating a family, of bringing up your kids. My advice to you - don`t waste your time!


Celebrate the moment by treating yourself with a trip or / and a new hairdo, etc.


Go to some courses. It can be something having to do with your future profession -


1) you will be much more valued as a candidate for the positions you will be applying for!


2) and you will more understand your future profession or, maybe, you will whether you like it or not - it is much better to realize it beforehand, for sure!.


Or you can go to some courses which will enrich your life - it can be anything you like: dancing, swimming, cooking, flower composition - it would be silly of me to give you any more variants... The point is it`s up to you to make your choice! Just imagine - you can try anything! And you will meet new friends there, and they will be people who will have common interests with you! So you will be enjoying it more!

You are not starting from zero. Zero would be 22 and no education. It is the beginning of your adult life. Begin to search out the desire of the heart. You have youth and education. Time to reach for the starts and just enjoy the ride.

not to sound cliche but that is not zero. life is story, and now you are just starting a new chapter in the book; not starting the book over. you seem to have a good life going for you. good luck in your new ';chapter'; of life.
To start from ZERO, you need to give up your degree, sell your assets, and go live under the nearest bridge.





If YOU define ZERO has the starting point of your life after attaining a degree, i'd do a Monster job search or other job engine and start sending in my resume. Do you want job satisfaction or money?, oftentime they are not one and the same.





Some people are happy with Mcdonalds, Amazon.com, or other low stress jobs while others need more of a challenge. My best advice would be to do something you enjoy.
It's harldy zero. You have an education. Ask the college for help getting a job with their career center.
You are not starting from ZERO, you will have a college degree. The homeless guy who sleeps in front of your dorm, he is starting from ZERO. Your education is making you lose touch with reality.

I say ';Zero';, then I count ';One';, then ';TWO';, and then ';Three';, and I kind of just keep going.





You start by finding a job, get a solid foundation of money to fall back on in case of problems. Then you find the thing that truely makes you happy and go for it. You then try to maintain this state the rest of your life.

Well honey, if your situation is zero then it`d be a dream for many to be zero.i am in a very similar position except for the fact that i have a job right now.looking for a job related to your field of study would be the best solution.
yo can not start from zero because that would mean loosing everthing u have gained. you could begin anew thought by becoming a better different person. setting new goals for yourself new lifestyle or look. you could also try helping other people by doing charity work or just changing what you may think are flaws in your personality while setting out to accomplish your new established goals.
After graduation you will earn first INCOME cheque. So you are RIGHT to start from Zero. But why ask others - how they start ? (2) Your grammer is poor. Why did you put question mark after the word - Thank You.
Start looking for a job!! Girl. I understand!! I'm graduating from college the first time next year! Can't wait!! I say first time because i'm working for a master's and Ph.D. So yeah. ha. Maybe you should talk to an advisor. Im sure he can help you find one! Or find jobs that you can get with the degree you have and see what comes up. Good luck!!
you can't. you are not zero and will never be again. You are now the product of your life so far and your response to it but you do have the chance to be whatever you want to be. You could try reinventing yourself but I've never found it really works. It schmaltzy but at 39 by advice would be to start liking and respecting yourself (if you don't already) expect good from people, don't accept rubbish (too often) from friends and don't close too many doors behind you as you move through life. take time to maintain friendships, don't just make friends but value the ones you really like and keep in contact, make an effort.


Look after your body, save some money, don't get bored, and do all the things that will be much less practical if you have children.
