Sorry to tell you but you probably got scammed. You better check your bank account and think about changing accounts. You let out your most vulnerable piece of information, these people may be on a shopping spree with your money. Giving out your debit card number on line is like saying here's all my money, take it.
Next time, do what I do. Purchase a prepaid visa or mastercard, almost all banks and currency exchanges have these. You only put on it what you want to spend. These are disposable cards and have none of your information on them.
CALL YOUR BANK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What advice can you give me about purchasing something on line, paying for it and not receiving it?
Most places tell you to wait six weeks, but if there is a customer support number, I'd try calling it--you may get better results that way. If nothing else works, take your receipt and your debit card statement to an attorney, because it may be time to sue.
contact the better business bureau in their area and file a complaint, and look for a local nomber to contact them with and try to get a manager on the phone. sometimes you cant get anywhere with an 800 #. make sure to let them know you are contacting the bbb. good luck! also, if worse comes to worse, talk to your bank about retracting your payment.
